You can sponsor your dependent child is under 22 years of age and does not have a spouse or a common-law partner. If you are older than 22 years old, a child may be eligible to apply under this class if they have relied on their parents for financial support and are unable to support themselves due to a physical or mental condition.
Applicant must submit medical exams including biometrics and police certificates (if over 18 years of age) for the countries where they lived most of their life and of any country where they resided for more than six (6) months.
